For the bride who has most things planned and under control, but wants someone she trusts to execute the day!
  • Initial planning meeting to discuss priorities, needs, and timeline
  • Meetings and communication as needed
  • Custom timeline creation for wedding day
  • Distribution of wedding day timeline to all vendors/parties
  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and wedding party
  • Day of: 
    • Oversee vendor arrival and setup
    • Execute and cue wedding timeline
    • Distribution of florals
    • Event and decor set-up assistance
    • Attend to needs of bride & groom, bridal party, family, and officiant 
    • Coordinate bridal party and family down the aisle, grand entrance, etc. 
    • Take care of any issues and answer any guest, family, or wedding party questions so you don’t have to!

  • Everything included in the Day Of Coordination package
  • Creation of a planning timeline to stay on track through the wedding planning process, with check-ins and meetings accordingly
  • Expert vendor recommendations
  • Floor plan, seating chart, and event design assistance
  • Wedding day content and behind-the-scenes captured candidly via iPhone delivered post-wedding
